trust life bipolar mental health

Regardless of having a mental illness or not, there's very little in life that I have control over. Having bipolar and ADHD just adds an extra layer of uncertainty to everyday life. I use the factors that I do have control over to try to best set myself up for success. Exercise, eating healthy, sleep schedule (when my brain permits), taking medication properly, surrounding myself with healthy relationships. For the most part, the rest is up to the wild ride of my brain and life.
